Smiles make the day

Here comes a smile....
See I can do it, with ease! I love smiling at my mommy and anyone else who cares to share my happiness!!!
Here's looking at you mom!
Well, today I stayed home with Cody and Brady since Cody was sick. I think Brady was also having some problem with a cold or something. We slept in after waking around 6:30 and staying awake until 9 am or so, then went back to sleep until 12:30. It has been a long day.... Cody is feeling better so that means he has a tremendous attitude and wants to get into everything! Cody decided to stomp on the bunch of grapes I gave him... Boy did that make my day, while I was trying to get dinner ready. Brady pooped several times, and did end up getting sick on me at least twice. We all took a bath and Brady pooped again! What a day in the life of a mother.

Now I am listening to Cody whine because he has not slept all day. Brady is just enjoying my lap as I type. Ken made it to Detroit and caught up with his coworker and they ate in Greektown. He even shared his pizza with the homeless guy who kept following him around. He is staying at the Marriott at the Renascence center.

Brady was the highlight of the day, with his big smile. See the photos of how cute he is and how it must just make God smile too when he looks down on us and we are enjoying HIS children. Despite all my challenges today, I have had somewhat of a peace. It must be the prayers I have asked for.

Now there is quietness in the air.. as both angels are a sleep... and I have work to do around the house. I would rather sit and play with my pictures and do some more posting...

Tomorrow I am chaperoning the field trip to the Binder Park Zoo in Battle Creek. I hope we have a great time. I am looking forward to it. So watch for some pictures of us at the zoo. Until we meet again....

Oh I feel bad that I didn't get into this until today (8/2). The photos are fantastic -- the smile is priceless!

You have done a wonderful job with this Dawn and hopefully will find the time and energy to continue.
