Photos taken out in our yard on a beautiful fall day! Cody took the ones of me! Great photographer among us, hopefully!

Brady was a puppy dog, however, he did not want the head piece on at all!
Ken was not too happy to be the only guy wearing a costume out in public, but he did it and I was happy to actually have one photo of our family dressed up. I actually thought he looked normal and handsome for a farmer!
Well, I have at least one photo from all of us in our costumes! Let's say that the day was not as I had planned it to be, and I have to accept that there will be these days with toddlers! So we were all dressed in our "tractor/farmer, scarecrow and puppy outfits" long enough to enjoy a picture then the day went downward. We did have fun at Toddler Time in the morning. The afternoon turned out to be a weird but unusual with Cody not wanting to take a nap because he had some nightmare about his pillow. So he did not want to go to sleep, he finally did take a nap. Then he did not want to wear his costume trick or treating but he did end up going with me to our friends house and we had fun. Brady stayed home since he was sleeping and had a cold.
Our Halloween tradition for the last 5 years have been to spend it with the Hadley's ! So this year was no different. Cody and Shaye are only 3 months apart and Brady and Averie are 3 weeks apart in age. Erinn and I worked together at Origami and now we both have children and no longer work at Origami but the friendship is strong and wonderful. We enjoy having fun together. So after trick or treating we enjoying decorating cupcakes and a haunted candy house. Then Cody and Shaye just had to eat more candy... and ate some of the ginger bread house! The pictures will definitely be ones to show when they are teenagers! Gotta love it.
Now it is November and Brady is 19 months. We are so proud of him and all he is doing. Both Cody and Brady are enjoying their music therapy class and Cody seems to be a "rock star" with his new guitar he got from Aunt Amy and Uncle Dave's house over the weekend! He runs around playing the guitar in the house. Today he said he was not feeling well, a cold of sorts, and he mentioned that if he played his guitar, he would feel better! Too cute I must say.
Cody and I have had some fun times when Brady is down for his nap. We go outside and play. In the last few weeks, we went out to play in the leaves and we got some great pictures. Both Cody and I took some photos and they are perfect fall pictures. So enjoy them. The corn field behind our property is not harvested yet so we were able to see the corn and notice how the deer have been eating it. Even last night Ken was able to see a few deer eating the corn, how cool was that! On Halloween, Cody picked an ear and wanted to show it to our friends, and so he carried the ear of corn with him trick or treating even though he did not want to wear his costume of "tractor" outfit I made for him. Now of course he plays with the costume, which I guess is not that bad either.
Each week is filled with therapies and special events. We now have a membership to the Impression 5 Science Center in Lansing. This is a fun place for kids to run and learn, they even have a toddler room that both can play in until their hearts content! With the membership we can go to over 400 other science centers and museums for free! What a great deal! We have already been to the Grand Rapids Children's Museum and it was a wonderful adventure. Check out the website to the Lansing Center for more information http://www.impression5.org
Hope everyone is enjoying the fall weather and had a safe weekend, and we gained one hour! So now on to the month of November. Go out and VOTE on Tuesday! Have a great day!
